Scott Rowse received a B.S. in Management Information Systems in 1999 and left a career with Raymond James in St. Petersburg, Florida to join the family business in Tallahassee and learn the trade from his father-in-law Laurie Dozier in 2003.
Scott quickly became an indispensable asset to the entire Mad Dog team and progressed from Assistant Superintendent, to Superintendent, to Assistant Project Manager in just a few years.
As the Superintendent for the Shell Point Resort, Scott was responsible for the construction of 14, 3 story, single family residences including preconstruction and all phases of construction, with the exception of initial site work. Scott has been responsible for solicitation of bids, subcontractor selection and supervision of construction for a 4,600 square foot, mixed-use, LEED certified, renovation. He assisted in layout and erection of new steel structures, layout and preparation of footings and reinforced concrete piers, and served as Assistant Project Manager for a custom residential project for Dr. and Mrs. Saint.
While at Mad Dog, Scott has passed the Florida Certified Building Contractor's Exam, the 10-Hour and 30-Hour OSHA Training Course, Introduction to Microsoft Project 2007 at Tallahassee Community College, the Home Builders Institute - General Project Management Planning and Scheduling, and the Qualified Forklift Operator - Class 7 Forklift.

Scott currently serves as the Co-Vice President of the Royal Oaks Neighborhood Association.
