Northview Building

The Northview Buidling project is a 40,000 square foot multi-tenant office building for First American Title Insurance Company. This building is being built to LEED standards and is on a fast track construction schedule. (Details to come!)

Renaissance Community Center

The Community Center project is a complete and total renovation of an old warehouse into a community center for the homeless. The building will include shower/bath facilities, a washer/dryer room, activities, counseling, and computer access, among other things.

Auto Owners Insurance

The Auto Owners Insurance project will include a new building with extensive sitework on a five acre parcel that will house the regional office. A sophisticated HVAC system with raised floor access to allow for computer cabling and an exterior envelope wrapped with natural limestone and brick are just a few of the unique features of this job.

Hart Residence Renovation

This home is located in such a great area that the owner opted to do major renovations in lieu of moving to another location. Once completed, this home will be designed to meet current upscale living standards with all new appliances, furnishings, and a guest house to boot.

Fonvielle Lake House

The Fonvielle Lake House job is an addition and renovation to an existing residential home. A master bedroom and bathroom suite will add 1,500 square feet to this picturesque estate.
